Regenerative Activism:
Inner Resilience
for Collective Transformation
With Animas Institute’s Wild Mind Training
Location: Joshua Tree, CA
Date: Nov 3rd-10th 2020
A very special opportunity inviting change makers and activists for an amazing retreat at less than half the cost
Transition, Animas and the Inner Resilience Network are thrilled to invite you on an experiential adventure to regenerate your heart and soul in nature. This retreat will also be an opportunity for you to experience self-care and support with your fellow change-makers and activists who are leading to freedom from fossil fuel dependency and practices that favor profit over planet.
Through a generous donation, we are able to offer a greatly reduced cost for this program. Because we want to support YOU in your work, we are making this retreat available at less than half the cost of a regular program. We feel its vital for change making activists such as yourself to have places to regenerate from the challenges of burnout, overwhelm, depression and more. It is our intention to hold a deep and transformative space that will help you feel renewed and inspired to carry your work to a new level.
Animas Institute will bring their 5 day “Wild Mind” journey, a soul stirring process reconnecting to a more nature-based way of understanding and living and inviting new understandings for your life. Before and after this deep time, the Inner Resilience Network will hold an emergent space for self-care, rejuvenation and integration of inner work into our service. Then together we will integrate this work into our life.
The Inner Resilience Network and The Animas program will support us in cultivating the personal resilience needed for a more nourishing and life sustaining culture that is more immune from the stresses of burnout and conflict - and towards authentic purpose, essential self-care and collaborative leadership that our world is longing for.
Together we will learn how to discover and integrate the untapped resources, depths and potential of our innate human wholeness. We will also learn how to integrate our childhood experiences and transform them into the realization of our true selves.
We’ll explore the landscape of the psyche through a variety of practices, including creative expression, self-designed ceremony, solo exercises while wandering on the land, group work, movement, voice dialogue, journaling, and deep imagery work.
The Inner Resilience network team will open and close the retreat with holding a space for connection, deep self-care and integration for our work in the world. This retreat is designed with activities that will regenerate you body, heart and soul. We will have additional self care options available such as massage, yoga, and a hot springs add-on day.
