Regenerative Feedback
Weaving the social fabric of a healthy and effective organizational culture
“People come for the vision but stay for the relationships"
Our healthy working relationships are going to drive the success of our cause. Regenerative feedback consists of giving and receiving reflections that support our relationships, that feed our personal and collective evolution and learning, and that offer tools of communication so that all involved are invited to deepen their care, their understanding, their growth and to more effectively shift challenging dynamics in our work together and to cultivate a healthy organizational culture.
Healthy Feedback promotes a greater effectiveness in our collaborative efforts, caring for the real needs of ourselves and each other. Here we offer some foundational tools for groups seeking a more regenerative world, by practicing and modeling it in their collaborations, where it matters most. Regenerative feedback, when done well, aims to be truly transformative and an important thread in the social fabric of the better world we all are working towards.
Regenerative Feedback processes are intended to help us be more effective organizers and change agents. We begin with distinguishing the three different types of feedback and how we can integrate a mindful balance of them into our ongoing organizational work. We learn how to identify when we need to give and receive feedback and the most effective way to do that.
We are offering a guide or 'road-map' that will be available along with live trainings to learn and practice these skills, Please stay tuned for more info in the fall of 2025 for programs offered.
